For over thirty years, ROBERT S. ROSPLOCK, Attorney at Law, has been providing estate planning and probate services dealt with residential and commercial real estate, and advised business clients throughout the Northeast Ohio area. He works with a wide variety of individuals, companies and institutions in assisting them with real estate transactions. He has taught real estate law, and continuing education courses in real estate, to agents, business law to college students, and probate law to paralegal students.


Robert S. Rosplock grew up in Mentor, Ohio, and has resided in Concord Township, Ohio for over 35 years.  He graduated from Bowling Green State University with degrees in business and geography in 1969.  He then attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law, graduating with honors in 1973.

Bob Rosplock is a full time practicing attorney, admitted before all state courts in Ohio and Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a permanent part time civil Magistrate in the Painesville Municipal Court, and a part time assistant Lake County Prosecuting Attorney, handling real estate tax foreclosures. 

Robert S. Rosplock has been a part time instructor at Lakeland Community College since 1974.  He has also taught courses at Lake Erie College, and the Ashtabula branch of Kent State University. He has taught Business Law, Real Estate Law, Probate Practice and Procedure and Business Organizations at the college level. He has also been a presenter at continuing education programs for attorneys and for licensed real estate agents.  Bob is a frequent speaker on issues related to estate planning, including trusts and special needs trusts, and presents programs to small businesses owners, including those wishing to start a new business.


Adam  Rosplock grew up in Concord Township, Ohio and currently resides in Wickliffe, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio University with a Degree in Marketing from the Copeland College of Business., graduating from Cum Laude in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern Pettit College of Law in 2007.  He has been admitted to practice law in Ohio since 2007, and in the United States Federal District Court since 2010. 

Adam began his legal career as a law clerk assisting muncipal law director and city Prosecutor's Office in the Child Support Enforcement Division, and has been in the private practice of law since 2010. His private practice includes: collections, real estate transactions, profit and non-profit corporation law, estate planning and family law. 

Adam is a member of the Lake County and Ohio State Bar Associations, and has served on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness- Lake County Chapter since 2008. He holds an Ohio Life and Health Insruance License, as well as the Series 7 and 66 licenses for investment products and services.
